My goodness, I spent way too much time worrying about blank, and I didn't spend nearly enough time doing things like blank. Here's why these prompts are so genius.

First of all, I hope that you make it way past 96 and have the most helpful, rich life. But the truth is none of us know how much longer we're going to be here and no day is guaranteed. And rather than getting caught up in the minutia and feeling overwhelmed and feeling like you're stretched in a million directions and having your phone or your computer or whatever pull your attention, why not take a step back and really assess, while you still have the chance, the chance to make a change, the chance to aim this most precious resource of your time, your attention, your love to what really matters to you?

And so the first one, I spent way too much time worrying about blank, and I didn't spend nearly enough time doing blank. Answer those questions, answer them from your heart, answer them honestly. And I promise, it'll provide a roadmap to some significant change that you can start right now.
