I was feeling disheartened and frustrated. I knew I needed to make a change or consider the alternative of giving up this important work. My family was concerned that I hadn’t found a way to turn my dedication into a stable career.

I had several profound epiphanies during B-School:

1) Win – I freed myself from the pressure of making my dream be my only source of income. I am thrilled to have the tools to create my website and help women one-on-one part time, BUT I have embraced the idea of pursuing a stable income while I properly grow in my own time. For my sense of dignity and peace of mind, this was such a liberating realization.

2) Victory – Ironically, as soon as I made the above realization and identified my ideal customer, something happened. My small, part-time practice started getting busier (by almost 50%) and I started attracting more and more of my ICA (even without my new website up) and my part-time income increased by about 30%. My patients started noticing that I was even more passionate, and they were getting results faster than usual.

3) Success – Quite serendipitously, a new clinic opened in my neighbourhood that also specializes in pelvic health for women. After several months of networking, I was able to move my part-time practice to join their dynamic team! I am so pleased to have a new website that truly reflects me and speaks much more clearly to my ICA. B-School has given me the tremendous feeling of support. I don’t feel as alone or confused as I used to.

Because of B-School, I now have a realistic and inspiring plan for my work and life. I have a tremendous amount of tools to create a business and life I love and, perhaps most importantly, I have support to turn to if I need it. B-School FAR exceeded my expectations and has given me endless resources to guide me to find profound meaning in my work while using wise strategies to create the stability I needed and have been craving in my working life.
