Ever curious about how people you consider “successful” really think and behave behind closed doors?
I know I am.
In this video, I’ll take you inside my own head and heart and share a bit of what goes on during my creative process.
Be warned – it’s not for the faint of heart but I promise it will make a huge difference.
I’ll also share an easy way to ensure you’re “walking your talk” as they say.
This is crazy important if you’re in the author/speaker/consultant/coach kind of world. (Or honestly, for anyone!)

Well hello, it's Marie here with another Q & A Tuesday where I'm going to give you an A to your Q! Q: Okay so today this is a really, really juicy one! This is from Kristen and Kristen writes: "If there ever were times since you developed RRH, Rich, Happy & Hot that you've ever felt like you weren't walking your talk? What was it? How did you know? What was the impac and how did you get back on track?"
A: So this is an awesome question, here's the thing. There's not times that I don’t feel like I'm walking my talk but what's more important is that there are lots of times that I feel insecure. That I have self-doubt. That I am not sure that what I'm doing is the right thing. If it's any good. So I have that very often and a specific example is actually, I think about a month ago Michelle and Grace, and myself; we were shooting this awesome little music video called Empire State of Marie's Mind (Music playing- Rapping)
And, it was this idea that I had and I was like so excited about it. And we started shooting it and then when we got into the editing process. I was asking the girls and like, "Is this dumb? Do I look dumb? Is this crazy? Does this make me look stupid? What would Jay-Z think? And, the girls gave me reassurance and they really supported me, and just getting my confidence back and understanding that "No, it's a great idea! It freaking rocks and we have to keep going!"
So I think it's really a matter of surrounding yourself with people that can give you great feedback and all of us run into road bumps. You know, I have stressful days. I have times when I'm feeling really insecure but having people around me that I can be honest with and I can be straightforward with, and that can just totally support me.
That's what makes all the difference in the world! So hopefully that answers your question Walking your talk is just about being honest about where you are, how you're feeling, and really letting people support you. And that's all it takes to stay on track with you and what you're creating, and what you're doing.
So that's what we've got for you for Q & A Tuesday! Hope you enjoyed it. Like it, if you like it! Please comment. Share and if you really want to get connected, me and you really nice and tight and intimate, come to marieforleo.com. Sign up for the newsletter and I will catch you next time!
