AI Tools Terms of Use

These AI Supplemental Terms (“AI Terms”) supplement and form part of the MarieForleo.com Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), offered by Marie Forleo International, LLC, a New York limited liability company (“MFI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Together, these documents form the Agreement governing your use of all MFI AI-powered features.

By accessing or using any AI-Powered Tools (defined below), you agree to be bound by these AI Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use any AI Features.

If these AI Terms conflict with the general Terms, these AI Terms control for all AI-related features.

Scope of the AI Features

These AI Terms apply to your access to and use of any AI-powered functionality offered by MFI, including but not limited to:

  • AI chatbots
  • GPT-integrated tools
  • AI-driven templates, prompts, or offer generators
  • Any software, applications, or interactive experiences built by or for MFI that leverage artificial intelligence

(collectively, “AI Features”).

These AI Features may be delivered through:

  • MarieForleo.com
  • Subdomains or affiliated sites
  • Web applications built using Base44, OpenAI, Pickaxe, MindPal, or similar AI platforms
  • Mobile, embedded, or third-party hosted environments

Orders and Fees

Some AI Features require a purchase, subscription, paid upgrade, or order form (“Order”).

All Orders:

  • Are governed by the general Terms and these AI Terms
  • Apply only to the specific AI Features listed
  • Require payment of all applicable fees (“Fees”)

Fees are due at the time and in the manner stated.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Inputs and Outputs

Inputs

You may submit text, content, data, or other materials to the AI Features (“Inputs”).

By submitting Inputs, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the Inputs
  • Inputs do not violate any third-party rights, including privacy or IP rights
  • Inputs comply with all applicable laws
  • Inputs do not include sensitive, confidential, regulated, or non-public information

You assume all risks associated with your Inputs.

Outputs

The AI Features may generate responses, content, recommendations, or other materials (“Outputs”).

You acknowledge and agree that Outputs:

  • May be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or unreliable
  • May be similar or identical to Outputs generated for other users
  • May contain content owned by MFI, AI Providers, or third parties
  • Are not guaranteed to be unique, correct, or fit for your intended purpose

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, modifying, and verifying the accuracy and legality of any Output before using it.

Data Processing, Privacy & Third-Party AI Providers

The AI Features rely on third-party AI technologies, APIs, and services (“AI Providers”), including but not limited to Base44, OpenAI, Pickaxe, MindPal, and similar providers.

By using the AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Your Inputs, Outputs, and usage data may be transmitted to, processed by, or stored with AI Providers
  • Each AI Provider’s terms and privacy policies (“Third-Party Terms”) apply
  • MFI does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, accuracy, security, or availability of AI Providers

You authorize MFI to send Inputs, Outputs, system metadata, and related information to AI Providers as required to operate the AI Features.

Training and Improvement

MFI may use Inputs and Outputs to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the AI Features
  • Debug or analyze system performance
  • Enhance user experience

MFI does not use Inputs to train third-party foundational AI models unless required or allowed by the relevant AI Provider’s terms.

MFI will not share your Inputs or Outputs with other end users.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the AI Features to:

  • Build, train, or improve competing AI or ML systems
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-only
  • Engage in deception, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or deepfake creation
  • Generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content
    • Submit or process sensitive or regulated data (financial, medical, government IDs, passwords, client data, etc.)
    • Interfere with system integrity, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass technical protections
    • Scrape, harvest, export, or mass-download AI Outputs

Any violation may result in immediate termination of access.

Usage Limits and Fair Use Controls

Your access may be subject to usage limits, rate limits, throttling, or other capacity restrictions imposed by MFI or AI Providers.

MFI may:

  • Modify usage limits
  • Restrict access during periods of high demand
  • Suspend accounts exhibiting excessive or abusive activity
  • Require paid upgrades for higher-volume usage

Model Variability

Outputs may vary from session to session and may change as AI Providers update, retrain, or modify underlying models.

MFI does not guarantee consistency, reproducibility, or accuracy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE AI FEATURES AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

MFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

    • Accuracy
    • Reliability
    • Non-infringement
    • Fitness for a particular purpose
    • Merchantability

You use the AI Features entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFI will not be liable for any:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in Outputs
  • Decisions you make based on AI-generated content
  • Losses, damages, or claims arising from your Inputs, Outputs, or misuse of AI Features

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MFI and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your Inputs
  • Your use of Outputs
  • Your breach of these AI Terms
  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Misuse of AI Features

Modification or Termination of AI Features

MFI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI Feature at any time without liability.

We may terminate your access immediately for:

  • Violations of these AI Terms
  • Abuse or misuse of the AI Features
  • Non-payment of Fees
  • Compliance or safety concerns

Governing Law

These AI Terms are governed by the same governing law and jurisdiction provisions contained in the general Terms.

Entire Agreement

These AI Terms supplement the general Terms and together form the entire Agreement regarding your use of AI Features.
