Supplemental AI Terms & Conditions for the $250k Offer App

These Supplemental Terms and Conditions for the $250k Offer App AI Features (“AI Supplemental Terms”) supplement the marieforleo.com Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and are incorporated into the Agreement formed by those Terms. Unless otherwise defined here, capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

These AI Supplemental Terms apply to your access to and use of generative artificial intelligence features provided through marieforleo.com and its associated websites or subdomains (collectively, the “Site”), including any AI chatbots, GPT-powered tools, and other AI-driven functionality (“AI Features”). By accepting these AI Supplemental Terms or by accessing or using AI Features, you agree to be bound by these AI Supplemental Terms as part of the Agreement.

If there is any conflict between the Terms and these AI Supplemental Terms, these AI Supplemental Terms control solely with respect to your use of the AI Features.

Use Of The AI Features

Your access to and use of the AI Features is subject to your compliance with:

  • these AI Supplemental Terms,
  • the Terms, and
  • any documentation, guidelines, or policies made available by Marie Forleo International (“MFI”).

Orders

Certain AI Features may require a purchase, subscription, or order form (“Order”). Each Order is subject to the Terms unless otherwise stated and applies only to the AI Features described in that Order.

Fees

MFI may charge Fees for access to certain AI Features. You agree to pay all applicable Fees as specified in the Terms, your Order, or other posted pricing. All Fees are due when stated and must be paid in full for continued access to the AI Features.

Inputs and Outputs

Inputs

You may submit text, data, or other materials (“Inputs”) to the AI Features. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to provide Inputs.
  • Your Inputs do not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights.
  • Your Inputs comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You assume all risks associated with the legality, accuracy, and quality of your Inputs.

Outputs

The AI Features may generate responses, text, or other materials (“Outputs”). You acknowledge that Outputs may:

  • be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or otherwise flawed,
  • be generated for other users,
  • be based on or include content owned by MFI or third parties.

You are solely responsible for verifying Outputs and ensuring they are appropriate for your intended use.

Accuracy and Verification

Outputs are provided for informational purposes only. MFI does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, reliability, availability, or suitability of Outputs.

You agree:

  • not to rely on Outputs for legal, financial, medical, or professional purposes without independent verification;
  • to review all Outputs prior to use; and
  • to ensure your use of Outputs complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

Ownership of Inputs and Outputs

The AI Features are part of the proprietary technology, software, and intellectual property owned or licensed by MFI. MFI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the AI Features.

MFI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI Feature at any time without liability.

Third-Party Services Disclosure

The AI Features may rely on third-party AI providers (including Base44 and similar providers) and may integrate with third-party applications or services.

By using the AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your Inputs, Outputs, and related data may be transmitted to or processed by third-party AI providers;
  • Third-party terms, privacy policies, and agreements (“Third-Party Terms”) govern your use of those providers;
  • MFI does not control or endorse third-party AI providers and is not responsible for their services, accuracy, security, or availability.

You authorize MFI to share Inputs, Outputs, and related metadata with third-party AI providers as necessary to operate the AI Features.

Training

MFI may use Inputs and Outputs to operate, train, improve, and develop AI systems. MFI will not share your Inputs or Outputs directly with other users.

Disclaimer

THE AI FEATURES AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

MFI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

    • merchantability,
    • fitness for a particular purpose,
    • non-infringement, and
    • accuracy or reliability of Outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFI will not be liable for any damages arising from your Inputs, Outputs, or use of the AI Features.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the AI Features to:

  • Build, train, or improve competing AI or machine-learning technologies;
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as solely human-generated;
  • Engage in illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities;
  • Create impersonations, deepfakes, or content violating third-party rights;
  • Submit or generate sensitive personal data, health information, confidential data, or other regulated content.

You agree not to submit material non-public information or data subject to heightened privacy or regulatory protections.

AI Feature Restrictions

You will not, and will not allow others to:

  • Access the AI Features in unauthorized ways;
  • Alter, modify, or create derivative works from the AI Features;
  • Use automated tools to extract or scrape AI content;
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer access;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying systems;
  • Bypass security or rate-limiting measures;
  • Interfere with the operation or availability of the AI Features.

Usage Limitations

Your use of the AI Features may be subject to technical, operational, or other limits imposed by MFI, Base44, or other third-party service providers. These may include rate-limiting, throttling, capacity constraints, or other restrictions designed to ensure system stability, prevent misuse, or manage costs.

MFI may, in its sole discretion:

  • implement or modify usage limits at any time,
  • restrict access during periods of high demand,
  • suspend or limit use that appears excessive or abusive, or
  • require an upgrade or additional fees for higher-volume usage.

If usage limits are introduced or modified, MFI will provide notice through updates to these Terms or by other reasonable means.
