Here’s some great pictures from a recent white water rafting trip in Costa Rica. I’m here with my man Josh and my friends Dave and Fernanda. I call this one “sexy arms” because…well…when you’re working your paddle like this, your arms look sexy! But I must say, it’s tough look really hot with a frickin’ yellow helmet on. LOL

Here’s a shot of the four of us with our guide, Fabian. I’m squeezing my eyes shut here…trying to keep my contacts from popping out!

OK. This shot is just too damn cool. (FYI, It looks much more daring and dangerous than it actually was.)

So Costa Rica was AMAZING. I did my annual 10 day course with Ariel and Shya Kane, my dear friends and master coaches who introduced me to the world of Transformation and continue to support my coaching practice, my book, my videos, projects and all that I do.
I HIGHLY recommend them to you.

Here are some pics from the trip. White water rafting…so much fun!! Then we stopped for a break by a waterfall and just took in the nature.

We also went to the incredible Tabacon Spa near the Arenal Volcano where we spent the day getting masages and jumping from one geothermically heated hot pool to another.

Then off to Manual Antonio beach for 5 days where we saw TONS of incredible wildlife…sloths, red parrots, monkeys, humming birds, butterflies, iguanas, exotic insects and even crocodiles!

And throughout the ten days, we experienced an interactive laboratory on living your live with excellence. By far the best trip I’ve had yet.
