What wonderful, thought-provoking questions as we head into a new year! They are very succinct and cut out the bullshit and get to the heart of what you need to ask yourself about a course or path you are considering embarking on. As usual, in typical Marie-fashion, you nail it and simplify what can be overwhelming when faced with a decision. These questions are not only fantastic to answer in business decisions, but in any are of your life.

You continue to inspire and motivate, and I know that one of the best decisions I made this year was attending RHH Live in October, which in turn led me to attending Committed Impulse in November.

I hope that you and Josh have a Merry Christmas and the happiest New Year! I’m looking forward to working with you again in 2010.

xoxo,

Lori

Hey Marie! LOVED the New Years Cleanse call for RHH :) You’re so great at getting us to dig deeper. I was watching So You Think You Can Dance the other day and one of the judges was critiquing a dancer. He said the performance was good but… to make it that much better they had to really stretch their abilities. So, just at the moment when gravity wants to pull you back to earth, leap higher still. So, thank you for always pushing me to leap higher and farther than I think I can. xo

Hey Marie,

That deathbed question is killer. Oh, ick, pun not intended. But really, it’s the best device to keep me from sitting and staring at Twitter for hours on end. Getting thousands of followers on there is a worthy goal if it’s a means to accomplishing something important – like, say, helping people – but on its own? I would not say “thank god I became famous on Twitter” as I took my final breath.

On the other hand, if I were staring down an oncoming bus, I probably would think, “at least I got to watch every episode of The Wire – twice” just as I went under its wheels.

LOL! That is a good Q :) The Wire is possibly one of the best shows all time. I still miss McNulty :(

Thanks a lot, Marie! Really helped me and I went back to the roots, so my most important goal for 2010 is to focus on happiness. Might be also the 4th question I gonna ask myself… if my goals really help myself / us to live happier.

Loved the video and thank you for the insights, very useful! What is the music playing in the video?

I did the survey. Your surveys always make me think hard about my business and life, so I always take a while doing it and learn in the process. Hope my answers are useful to you too.

It was great to find you in 2009, can’t wait to work with you in 2010!

I wish everyone a FANTASTIC 2010!

Dancing, oh, yes. I took my first real dance classes at the age of 23. I never got to be a dancer, it was definetely too late for that, but I never regretted to pursue learning many different styles just for the fun of performing at my parties. Great questions to consider in the next few days as I am putting together my plans for an amazing 2010.
Happy Holidays!

Marie,

As always questions that make me think about me as a person and the impact on my world, with a smile on my face. I have always worked on “no regrets” but when you factor in the other two questions, it brings a whole new dimension to it. I plan on 2010 being an awesome year for me, stretching me out of my comfort zone and beyond. Hopefully I won’t chicken out. But with support from RHH I’m sure I won’t.

As you know I have been waiting patiently for 2009 to finish so that I can begin the RHH journey in 2010 with you (okay I’ll admit sometimes I have been a bit antsy about it!). But the good news is it’s nearly here – YAY! A new year always brings new beginnings regardless of what may have happened in the current year. You can (if you are emotionally willing) let go of limiting beliefs and give life a darn good go. Anyone interested in doing that in 2010? I am :-)

Festive hugs to you all!

Alycia

Great thoughts and it is such a relief to plan the new year by actually removing unwanted goals and just putting all the good stuff in the spotlight. That is what I have learned from my experience in your programs Marie!

Wishing you and your family all the very best!

Great questions for 2010. As always Marie your message is so straight forward and no bullshit.
Looking forward to 2010 with bigger goals and great ideas with the question will it matter on your deathbed. Because of it changed course a tad.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year See you in 2010.

Refreshing authenticity as usual, Marie… thank you! What I’d like to hear more of in 2010 is how keeping your sex life hot helps your business thrive… you’re onto something here! Haven’t heard anyone talk about this in the entrepreneurial world… and you’ve got the moxie to take it on and lead the field!

First time on your website. Very impressive. I am a business coach with a niche market in start-ups and on-going small business. After many years in a retail business, I’m a believer in going after your dream but first do your “homework.” Look forward to hearing more from you.
